Stephanie's Maternity Photos Asheville North Carolina

Since I was traveling to Asheville, I wanted to do as many maternity sessions with Stephanie & Gregg as possible. After the long drive, I hopped in Stephanie’s SUV, and we headed to the Biltmore. Gregg and Stephanie had passes for us to visit the property. In the off-season the main house and the garden are closed at 5pm, but we ventured around the other 100s of acres on the property. I could easily spend a week walking around this place taking photos. It’s so beautiful! Once the sun went down, we knew our Friday night session was over. Stephanie and I met up with her mom and her friends at a restaurant in downtown Asheville. After not really stopping for food on the snowy drive down, I ate like a total boss.

The next day Stephanie and I planned to do one photo shoot before her baby shower and then another once the baby shower was over. After all the sessions we did what any tourist visiting Asheville would do; went to some amazing breweries. We left the Funkatorium and the mama to be had the greatest craving of all, which was doughnuts. I was like, “1st and 2nd round of doughnuts on me!” Fourteen hours of driving, great food, great beer and lovely people. I was so glad I made the trip. The next morning came really fast. I had two photo shoots in Frederick Sunday afternoon. So I had to leave Asheville around 6:30am. I can’t wait to return to Asheville.
